Thank you for shopping with ELIT3. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $60. Orders under $60 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays
- Processing begins after your order is confirmed and payment is verified
- Processing time: 2–4 business days before your order ships
- During high-volume drop periods, processing may take up to 5 business days — we'll notify you if this applies to your order
Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or external factors are outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. ELIT3 is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
- Packages returned due to address errors
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@elit3fashion.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Significantly Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit (not delivered within the estimated timeframe with no carrier updates), contact us at support@elit3fashion.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ELIT3 is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your carrier directly and, if needed, file a claim with them.
